PUBG did not received 30,000 Battle Points

How can we deal with the accounts that didn't received the 30,000k battles points as per - Celebrating over 4 Million PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Players on Xbox One! - Xbox Wire

Even though the account was created before Jan 31st 12AM PST and the console is purchased in Microsoft store in addition for that the PUBG is also downloaded to Xbox One that is from the store. I hope to received any response or idea what is happening.

Rewards Issues Galore

1. My 30,000+ points haven't been deposited.

2. Buying an XBOX ONE S was supposed to be worth 50,000 points during November and beyond, all I received was 30,000.

I upgraded to the new xbox one S console from an xbox one and only received 30,000 points not the 50,000 points as per the promotion. how do i get this resolved ?

Hey ReaperSchyte! To clarify, did you create a character in PUBG as well? Because the currency was delivered directly in game, its best to follow up directly with the developer on their

At first, i thought PUBG wasnt going to be for me, but thats the game that got me hooked on Battle royal games. So not only did it get me hooked on PUBG, but the whole concept of Battle Royale

Bought thinking I could use kinect and get PUBG, but apparently not. The Kinect is a different rant, I just want to know if I qualify for the code of pubg (the phone tech agrees that I qualify).

Hey there,

I understand this an answer you have received a lot, but you will need to contact Walmart for assistance. As mentioned on the page linked in your post, Walmart are providing codes to customers who purchased the Xbox One X via email.
Since they are a participating retailer you bought the console through, unfortunately they will be the only route you can take for assistance.

Hope this clears up the concern.

When I bought my Xbox One X the retailer gave me the game card that had the Pass-key to download the Playerunkown's Battlegrounds as there is no hard copy of the game out at this time. I would definitely stay in contact with Walmart and or double check and
make sure that they had that promotion going on during that time. I know that not every retailer had that promotion running. I hope this was helpful thank you.
