    Hi, I just got off the phone with Aaron at xbox support [Mod Removed] and he was able to verify that I was eligible for the promotion of a copy of PUBG included with my xbox one x that was purchased on december 20th. However, his token system was not working
    so he told me to post here in order to receive my code. Let me know if you need anything additional information from me. Thank you.

    I'am french ! I have buy the xBox One X to replace my Fat Xbox One.

    Great machine !!! but i have 2 problems :-(

    On Microsoft Store, i've seen many times : xBox One X buy = Free PUBG !

    But i've not PUBG :-( I've not receveid any code to unlock it...

    Second, i've not found the Kinect connector ???

    Since that is from a physical bundle purchase, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from for assistance.
