    Hi, so i bought PUBG last week, and i noticed that on my X1X order from a month ago that the game was supposed to be with the console, no refund right?

    Xbox one x pubg bundle

    Does anyone from Microsoft or the Xbox community know if there will be another release of the Xbox one X PUBG bundle? It came with the Xbox one x pubg and an extra controller, at least through Best Buy that’s what the bundle was.

    Hi! I'm not really understanding you.

    If you have purchased the pubg bundle and haven't gotten a code, I would suggest contacting support for more help-Contact Us | Xbox Support

    And as Darkhawk Ninja mentioned, if you didn't buy that bundle, you will not be eligible for a copy of pubg.

    If the game did not come with the console, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance with getting the code.

    If you bought the game through Xbox, you would need to contact support and speak to billing about a refund. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If I follow what you are saying, then I can tell you that to receive the PUBG with your Xbox One X console purchase, you must have purchased the bundle that included the game itself. Anyone who purchased the X console without the PUBG game bundle will not
    receive the game.
