pubg back to lobby loading crashing

Thank you for reaching out. The constant game crashes could be being caused by the latest update becoming corrupted. For this, we suggest you try

reinstalling the game by doing the following:

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
   on your controller.
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

maybe ya were in a modded lobby game and they put things back, or they had a hardware crash and that is the back up they used.

PUBG is probably still going through some updates. As frustrating as it is, there will always be bugs and crashes

Same issue, mine during "Sentinel" and now during the mission before.

Also if I go Multiplayer the first time it goes to a between game lobby then attempts to load it crashes.

Have done hard resets/cache clears. Have deleted the entire game and re-downloaded 4 times now.

Still crashes.

At this point I'm done, going to get my money back and go play Titanfall.

Then you need to contact PubG support for their game crashing. They have the knowledge base and tools we don't.
