Psychonauts Xbox 360 Can't Download

Hello. I've recently bought Psychonauts on my xbox 360 via its shop and tried to download the game but everytime progression bar reaches 100% I'm getting the message "Can't Download Psychonauts". I've tried to clear my cache few times and to restarting
my console but it didn't work. Is there any possible solution for this problem and if not how can I refund this game?(Sorry for my english, I'm russian)

Are you able to delete something to free up some space? If so try that.

Hi Urban,

If you are unable to fill out the refund request form, you will need to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

It might just require a soft reset on the xbox. Try unplugging the power for a bit and giving it another shot. I know sometimes mine just needs a little break

As far as I can tell, it is no longer purchaseable for the Xbox 360 in a digital form...the Xbox Marketplace (where you buy 360 games) only lists 4 picture packs and the PN theme:

Mister Gwyther : After put Psychonauts to the Downloads I see that download always stops at around 1.3 Gb and I get the 'Can't download' message and that the temporary File is only 1.3 gb instead of 5.3 gb.
