Psycho-Pass Mandatory Happiness start up crash

I have Psycho-Pass Mandatory Happiness on disk ive played the game before and im at 95% completion and now it always gives me a black screen and then crashes the disk is in perfect condition I'm UK so it isn't available
for me to buy in the Microsoft store I have tried absolutely everything to get it to work hard reset factory reset system wipe clearing the system cache uninstalling and reinstalling the game cleaning the game several times without the update it gets to the
page just before the start but with the update It just gives me a black screen and then crashes that isn't even ever code to go along with it

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you having issues with any other discs? Does this issue only happen on your account? It is very possible that the disc is the issue, even thought it looks fine. Heat, for example, can warp a disc to the point
of being unreadable. The disc would look undamaged.

Are you able to test out that disc on a different console? That would be the best way to find out whether the disc is the issue here. With all of the troubleshooting you have told us that you did already, this would be the next step.

yep. i don't get why they allow broken games on the xbox store if there's issues.

i can't even get a refund because i had to change regions to buy the game

Microsoft should be ASHAMED of themselves for selling a broken digital game. No fix, no replies from staff.
