Psycho Break purchased DLC but cant download

Discus and support Psycho Break purchased DLC but cant download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased "The Assignment" for Xbox One's "Psycho Break."     Psycho Break purchased DLC but cant download


    I purchased "The Assignment" for Xbox One's "Psycho Break." When I log in on the console and start game it is not there nor is the option to download from the game's menu.

    dlc downloading problem please help!

    I recently added Microsoft points to my account and when to the borderlands 2 dlc menu. I bought the psycho pack and I downloaded fine, and stated that the psycho pack was downloaded. I started a new game and the new character was not there, I went
    back to the dlc menu and it showed that the dlc was purchased but not downloaded. I downloaded it again but the downloading process was much quicker. and the same thing happened again. can somebody please help me?

    I have tried to purchase BL2 DLC all day, The psycho pack is also acting up. But, as a test I bought one of the Skin packs, and it worked perfectly. Seems just these DLC items are not working.
