    There is this loud buzzing sound coming from the powercord brick .... and ive seen that this has ben addressed before yet that was 2013 and now in 2019 i bought an xbox1 and it has this problem i would like to know how to fix it i scrolled through 11 pages
    and found not one answer that explained how to fix it... ive tried unplugging it while off ive tried changing the setting to power saving mode no change it still makes this nmoise and i want it to stop ... GIVE A REAL SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM!

    It sounds like the best thing to do would be contact microsoft and get another power brick, doesnt sound like its going to last much longer.

    As far as I'm aware all Xbox One S consoles support 110v-220v.

    Hi Kuzkotheking,

    Thanks for the question. Things can happen during the manufacturing of the products that can cause defects that are missed even upon inspection of the item. Since this is a new(?) console, the system would still be under warranty. I would suggest calling
    customer service about the issue and see if you can get a brick replacement.

    If the power brick is making a huming sound then that is a falut with the brick itsself. The only way too fix it would be too get a new power brick. Warranty on the console would be expired since you have a OG Xbox one. So you would just need too purachse
    one online Amazon sell them for example

    Microsoft no longer sell or replace power bricks since the OG xbox one has been discontined

    For this case, Have you tried to connect it to another power source?

    Like in another room or similar.

    What you describes looks like a electrical wiring problem to me, not a console problem.

    Anyway, you may want to gather more evidence and show it to support, they may know better.
