PSU should be available for advanced exchange

After a week or two of the living hell that is Xbox customer support, and after having my console replaced and not fixing the problem, I got suggested to send in the PSU. However, no advanced exchange, leaving me, and I quote, "up to a month" without being
able to use my console, on top of paying for shipping, all to see if that is indeed the problem. So I'm just going to live with the problem until you offer this. Thanks for nothing.

My disappointment with my Xbox One system.

Hey Gamex0ver! -- the Advanced Exchange option is no longer showing in MyService.xbox.com -- only Xbox Support (phone as they will be getting the credit card number) will be able to process that for you. As far as I know, Advanced Exchange is available in
US, Canada and UK. I hope this helps.

Afraid not.

The advanced exchange doesn't work like that.

What they do is take the price of the console from your bank account ( a placeholder) & send you a replacement console which will be the same type of console you are sending in for repair.

You then have a certain amount of time to send of your broken console & once they receive it & inspect it they then refund the money.

If you want a xbox one x then you would need to buy one separately.
