PSO2 NGS issues, as in, i cant change where its downloaded.

There's currently a service alert up for PSO2 which is why you are having issues.

They are working on a fix so it's just a case of waiting.

if your level 300 on ng+ and cant do them its time to throw in the towel

mine is doing the same it gets to 80-90% and says it cant download gta 5

Both Xbox and SEGA are aware of any issues to do with PSO2 so unfortunately most people have to wait.

I do recommend checking out the tweaker for PSO2 as it fixes many issues people have with the game.
