    PSA: Bricked E101,102, 106 insider program Xbox one X now working with the new osu1!!


    A new osu1 just came out about 24hrs ago and it has resurrected my insider program Xbox one X, after about a month of thinking it was nothing more than an expensive paperweight.

    It seems there is some confusion about whether insiders can use the osu1. We can’t use an osu1 that is OLDER than our current beta software. Therefore, when something like this happens, we need to wait for new osu1 files to come out so we can crush the glitchy software, and get our Xbox out of the repeated cycle of Exx errors.

    I hope the many others I’ve seen on here with the same issue will have the same success as me. A few others have already reported back to me their relief that this has worked for them too.

    E200 Error. Xbox one X. Tried everything.

    I have the same or probably the same issue. Boots directly in the troubleshooting screen with error code 106.

    The troubleshooting screen says that the build on the device is '19041.3773.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2008.200819-0000'. It is enrolled in the xbox insider program (last time I'm doing this mistake...)

    When trying to do an offline update it fails, although the OSU1 build is newer than the one installed on the device...

    Luckily I have 2 more months of warranty and just created the service order. I wonder if they tell what the issue was or only repair it...

    when will xbox release a offline update for xbox insider hub
    Offline system updates using OSU1 cannot be used on consoles enrolled in a Insider preview.

    OSU1 can only be used on console with the General Availability OS installed.

    There will never be a OSU1 file released for Insider preview OS. The console has to be removed from the Insider program before using offline system updates.

    i have seen many people in the Insider Program has had their Xbox bricking on them. I’ve had minor issues where I have had to just restart my console but just now my console has fully bricked. This has happened on multiple consoles of mine and I just purchased
    a Xbox one x around 6 months ago. I have reset my console to factory settings and I am highly disappointed. Has anyone else’s having these problems this far into 2018?
    I never had an issue being in the alpha ring of the insider program for years with my Xbox One. Since I got my Xbox One X in Feb...I have had to do 3 or 4 factory resets. One of them needing to be a complete reset (deleting all of my games and apps). Thankfully
    all of my games are on an external hard drive so they didn't need to be reinstalled like the apps on my internal did.

    So in my opinion...upgrading to an X makes the insider program a much more risky venture than just having a standard Xbox One.
