hello, i have tried everything you told me, it still does not work, the pop ups are not blocked, i checked. my main browser is chrome, but i also have tried on Microsoft Edge, it is the same, does not work. yesterday i wanted to play minecraft, but it does not let me sign in into my Microsoft account, the reason says "drowned".

The drowned error is related to issues with your login credentials.

First, in a web browser go to account.microsoft.com and make sure your account log in is working as expected.

Then, on your PS5, go to Minecraft settings and open the Profile section and choose the option to "Clear Account Sign-In Data", then close the game. Restart your PS5, and then launch Minecraft and try signing in again with your Microsoft account.

On Minecraft and Minecraft dungeons it says sign into Microsoft Account. I do it says to sigh into the account that’s already connected. And I did and it says the same thing to go back to the other account. I been trying since Christmas it’s impossible. I spend at lest 4 hours a day trying different ways to sign in on my ps5.

Please check if your time is set correctly on your PS5 as it can sometimes affect connection to Microsoft services:

1. From the home screen, go to “Settings,” then “System” and then “Date and Time.”

2. Afterwards, on the right side of the “System” menu, select the “Set Date and Time” option.

3. In the “Set Date and Time” menu, choose “Set Using Internet”. Then select the “Set Now” option to synchronize the current time and date.

After this, try to sign in your Microsoft account again in Minecraft. If you will still get the same error, try to use a different network connection. If you have hotspot, you can try to connect your PS5 and see if that will help.
