Ps4 swap for xbox one

Hi I am currently discussing swapping my play station 4 with someone for their xbox one and I was wondering if there was anything to look out for? If I see it load a game and the controller ect. Communicates fine should it be sound? Or is there any hidden
faults that could catch me out? Don't really want to get landed with a faulty console tbh. Thanks

Enough space for Xbox One?

This reminds me that I really need to swap my Xbox One and PS4 over as for some reason I have my PS4 on the larger shelf and the Xbox One on the smallest shelf lol!

 

Downloaded Games?

Are downloaded games linked to a specific gamertag or is it linked to the console?

Basically my friend is swapping his PS4 for an Xbox One (He has seen the error of his ways) - the swap is a PS4 with Kill Zone for an Xbox One with Fifa 14, but the Xbox One with Fifa 14 is a downloaded game...... when/if this swap goes ahead will he be
able to play Fifa14 or will it be attached to previous owners gamertag?

You should see if there's any problems, the one thing I would do, is ask them to put it on line and sign into Xbox Live, the one thing you cannot see is an Xbox Live banned console.

 

Put a disc in and listen for a grinding sound.

 

if I were you and is most likely better in the long run... trade in the PS4 to a game stop... take the credits and purchase an X1 new... save the possible horrors of trying to save yourself a few bucks... (considering you are already into it for $400 (with
PS4)

Trade it in to Gamestop 265.00 store credit plus 50% equals 397.50 and if you get the X1 with out the Kinect its 399.99 so its close. Thats what I would do.

 

Don't know of any gamestops where I live in England I was going to trade in at game but it was only £215 that's £85 shy of the basic xbox one without kinect I'll check around for better prices though, anyone know if there is any game stops around the northeast
of England, Newcastle way?

 

No Gamestops in the UK. I believe Ireland has EB games.

 

I think Game is the UK version of Game stop. I'd say ask around people you know if they want to buy it. I sold my PS4 a couple of weeks ago for £340 with Killzone. Hurry though, second hand prices for PS4s will drop considerably very soon.

 

Grainger games are doing 50% extra .

 

I checked grain get and they were giving £205 store credit didn't see 50% extra but only checked online might pop in on my way back from work and ask
