    Im a ps4 user and I wanted to play MC with my friends on xbox. When i attempted to sign in it gave me a pop up telling me that signing into a microsoft acc will permanently associate it with your current acccount on playstation. After this it gave me a
    website to visit and enter a code. After loggging and entering the code to my xbox account i tried to sign in on my ps4 again but it gave me the same pop up. Please help

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    As the servers just launched on the PS4 platform, there could be some sign-in issues with the Minecraft servers. Are you able to login to
    account.xbox.com, or any other Xbox Live platforms like the Xbox app on mobile or Windows 10 PC?

    If you can log in to other Xbox Live services, then the issue should be reported with PlayStation support and Mojang Support to investigate. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

    You may need to submit a ticket to Mojang in that way they can validate the account linked to your son's PS account.
