    Ps4 not signing into Microsoft account


    I cant sign in to my microsoft account on minecraft on my PlayStation 4. This has been an on and off problem for over a year and its bs that they havent done anything to fix it. I reinstalled the game, i deleted the saved data, nothing works. Someone from
    microsoft tell me why they havent fixed this **** yet.

    Its the same with my PS4 when ever i try to sign in with microsoft it specifically says that ‘ Failed to login . We tried to sign you in to your microsoft account , but something went wrong .’ I also followed all the instructions on how to make a microsoft

    How do I unlink my PS4 from my microsoft account?

    The problem is this IS the PS4 account the Microsoft account was linked to. I can't seem to sign back into it nor can I sign into a different Microsoft account. Mojangs customer support is piss poor too they just tell me to talk to Microsoft.
