    i don't know if this is the right area to post it but anything will do right now. so i downloaded minecraft again to play it with some friends but i needed a microsoft account so i created one and did all of the things it asked me to but turns out i already
    created one earlier in the year but i don't remember anything about the account like the passwords and gmail so like is their a way for me to switch it over to this account hopefully some one can help me out with this

    Try to clear your cache to restart the login process: Settings > Applications > Minecraft on your PS4

    Thanks for reply!! But sadly...

    I already tried those solution before, but it’s doesn’t work for me.

    I have been try to below ways to fix it, but all failed

    1. uninstall and install Minecraft again.

    2. Drop all Minecraft data from PS4, and login again...

    3. Clear all data and download again, still login failed.

    Any idea can help me login success to play Minecraft :-(
