PS4 Microsoft sign in dont work

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Its the same with my PS4 when ever i try to sign in with microsoft it specifically says that ‘ Failed to login . We tried to sign you in to your microsoft account , but something went wrong .’ I also followed all the instructions on how to make a microsoft
account and how to sign it in with the PS4 but it still is not working please give me a reply once you have seen this.

so basically i put in the code but is says "the code as expired" even tho i was up for 5 seconds help me fix this.

did i do something wrong

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully log in appropriately, I'm having a little difficulty making out your problem. You're saying that your code has expired?

What kind of code is it that you're trying to enter or redeem?

Do you get some kind of error?

You're saying that you're on the PS4, are you having trouble with Minecraft or something?

website and Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites?
If you are able to sign in to the websites without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Support and
