When is this issue going to be fixe ?

Don't say it's aMojang problem. It's Microsoft problem - you own Mojang.

We're all locked in and want to cross play and your system keeps failing.

WHEN when will it be fixed?

Due to high capacity of uses playing online now, it's causing issues.

That with several other games. So it will take time to have these issues resolved.

I've already tried that and it sadly didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.

What files do you have to delete?

After lots and lots of research and seeing multiple people say deleting some save files will fix it, I got desperate and tried it. It worked!! But you have to do it every time you start the app.

I'm by no means an 3xpert with playstation but if it was me then next I would do the usual restart router and also i would remove my account from the console, do a full restart of the console (again) and then add the account back to the console and see
if that makes any difference
