PS4 Linking to Microsoft

So im trying to log in to my microsoft Account, on Minecraft on my PS4. When I do, I bring up the aka.ms/remote connect webpage and login to my microsoft account. The page then says that I successfully linked it and
that I can close the page. When I return to Minecraft on the PS4, it says that the account is already linked but I have checked with Microsoft who says there is no account linked to my Microsoft account. There was a stage where it was saying my player name
was something other than what I registered and play under. Microsoft, Mojang cannot solve this issue has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

We are sorry to hear that you have forgotten which Microsoft account is linked to your PlayStation and I know how you really want to recover it. To find out which account is linked, you can try the following steps:
- On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Account Management > Link with Other Services.
- Select Microsoft Account and sign in with your email and password.
- If you don't remember your email or password, you can use the Forgot your email or password? link to recover them.
- If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, you can check which one is linked by going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and looking for your PlayStation under Your devices.

To unlink the account without being logged in, you can try the following steps:
- On a web browser, go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Find your PlayStation under Your devices and select Manage.
- Select Unlink this device and confirm.

If none of these step's work, you can contact PlayStation Support for further assistance. They may be able to check your PlayStation account and find the Microsoft email linked to your account.

Hi

This is to unlink an account that has already been linked to a PS4. The issue i'm having is I can't link my Microsoft account in the first place to PS4 as it says my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PS4, however I can't seem to find anyway
to find out which PS4 account it is linked to, so I can delete that link.
