Ps4 controller not working on xbox app on windows

Hi i just purchased the xbox game pass ultimate with the game cloud but this last doesn't detect my ps4 controller connected with usb and bluetooth even if it works on windows, i even tryed to use ds4 and x360ce but even those don't work any suggestions?

I understand this, most games can be also played trough mouse and keyboard, you could also try it on a different Pc, not being a Xbox device and the options tried not working limit the possibilities

You could try also using a different controller if this one doesn't work

none of those you said worked im gonna try using scpToolkit.

You could try like this

First Load the game then plug in the Controller with ds4 Windows and turn on 'hide controller' in ds4 Windows. If Not work Run and stop ds4 or turn on and off hide Controller

If using ds4 and settings the controller as a 360 controller didn't worked then you won't be able to use it on the app, manufacturer of your controller doesn't have the drivers for PC and that's what difficult the use of the controller on Pc
