    PS4 Bedrock Minecraft


    I managed to link my microsoft account to my playstation on minecraft. Originally, it worked. I wanted to spruce up my microsoft profile a bit and i changed the orginally given gamertag to something new. Now i can not even hook up my microsoft account.
    All it says is that something went wrong, try again later. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software and still nothing. I can halfway access the Minecraft store, but i can not play crossplay or hook up my account.

    No, if you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4 and link your Microsoft account with your PS4 account, it will not sync the purchase with the accounts. Minecraft Bedrock purchases are tied to the platform on which they are made. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PC, you will only be able to play it on PC. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4, you will only be able to play it on PS4.

    However, there is an exception to this rule. If you buy Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you will also be able to play Minecraft Bedrock on your mobile device. This is because Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft Bedrock are compatible with the "Minecraft Live" feature.

    If you just want to play the Minecraft you paid for on your PC, you don't need to buy Minecraft Bedrock for PS4. You can download the free version of Minecraft: Java Edition from the Minecraft website.

    Here are some steps to download the free version of Minecraft: Java Edition:

    Yes, I just said it worked for PS4, and if you know how to access storage through going to your settings and then you go to storage you can delete the game storage for Minecraft Bedrock edition. (ONLY Bedrock) do not delete PS4 edition. I already said

    Simply put. No. It is not currently possible to play local multiplayer Java to bedrock Minecraft. (assuming your not running the Minecraft PS4 Edition of Minecraft). Which would still be no. There are plugins for java that allow bedrock clients to connect to java servers but that feature is not on current consoles. Sorry for the inconvenience. Happy gaming!
