    Hello! Me and my boyfriend are trying tobplay minecraft, i have a Xbox 1 and he has a PS4 we both have Microsoft accounts and we are friends but when we go in Minecraft it says we arnt friends I can send him invits but he doesn't get him. He trying to
    send a invite but it says that we arnt friends. When he searchs my Account it says my account doesn't exist. We played on a realm before I paid for it just so we could play cause regular worlds wouldn't work and it worked we have the relam but he can't join
    no more. Help?

    are you trying to login to your Microsoft account via the ps4 browser ? if so then the onscreen keyboard might add a " space or ." when you type your password . as for Minecraft the accounts are different , you will
    need to start a new world when playing .. the cross plays only works on the PC and Xbox bedrock editions of Minecraft

    I just want to clarify, are you trying to download the game Minecraft bedrock edition for Windows PC using the physical disc of Minecraft Bedrock edition for PS4, is that correct?

    If yes, I'm afraid that your ps4 game disc will not work on Windows PC as the game Minecraft is platform specific wherein you can only play the game on their respective version.

    In this case, you can only use your Minecraft ps4 disc game to play it on ps4 console and you will need to buy the Minecraft for PC version to play it on your Windows PC device.

    Hi,

    In order to allow cross-play via PC to PS4, your friend will need to have linked a Microsoft account to Minecraft, this can be done in the main menu, Upon doing so he will need to restart the game to refresh the menus, Once that is all done he should find your
    game in the friends playing minecraft in the world menu, also works the same way for PS4 to PC, and Xbox.
