    I dont know what to do anymore ive looked up so many videos and ive even gone and looked at the Microsoft page for answers, its keeps saying that " Its seems your already logged into a Microsoft account maybe you should try and log in with that account",
    even though i don't have a thing for it, because i started playing mine craft a while ago and saw this thing that would let me log into a Microsoft account well i didnt log into one but it just gave me one , UnivalvePurse57, and now i cant even log into my
    account or even play cross platform until i get his fixed, and this in my main account too so im puzzled as to why it wont just auto log me back into UnivalvePurse57 rather then just keep telling me welp i guess you need to find it, even though i cant.

    Edit: im not sure if it can even be recovered, or if im just now stuck and are unable to ever access the microsoft account on this ps4 account again

    Hi OmG! So you are unable to recover the account, but you can sign in with it? Have you tried resetting your Microsoft account password? I would also suggest you have update and valid proofs on your account. Here is how to Add
    and Update Your Microsoft Account Security Proofs     if you have any questions doing that.

    Yes. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account they can get you the email for the account.

    You do not need to delete your old gamertag, However you do need to log in with the windows live ID associated with the gamertag you now want to use. If you are trying to change your gamertag to a new one then it will still be the same account only with
    a new handle (gamertag). Have you played Modern Warfare 3 or Black ops with any gamertags? You also might want to check out the support forums for Call of Duty Elite!
