    hi my son is trying to link up with his friends on PS4 he is set up with a Microsoft account via family members. When he signs in it says something went wrong. He has minecraft bedrock version. I have no idea how to resolve this so any advice is welcome

    do you know if there is a way to see if there is already a microsoft account linked? maybe this is the issue we have?

    many thanks i am just trying to read through the FAQ for microsoft account links - it maybe that i need to create him a separate Microsoft account that he uses just for PS4 but that doesn't seem right to me he should be able to link his family one in as
    from what i have read it is just a log in to enable access across any device.

    his privacy setting are set to allow play online with friends already and we have tried to temporarily disable ps4 parental controls as well but that hasnt worked:-(

    i'll have a look see what i can figure out but i might be back for more help
