If I had video evidence of a person's online abuse and such, but didn't manage to report them via their profile due to complications, how would I go about reporting them?

I have run across a lot issues with people on 'The Division' where trying to access a violators profile to report them is really hard. Especially with how fast paced the game is and how limited the ability to access people's profile is. They have to be standing
either still and close enough for you to right-thumbstick click and bring up their profile or within like....three in-game feet of you to see them has a nearby player. Otherwise you have no way of reporting them. Which can be a annoying issue if they're running
circles around you and barraging you with insults.

I plan to take this to that specific games forums as well. But I'd like to know if there will ever be a time where people can submit evidence to Microsoft's xbox service. Since I feel the report system is kind of arbitrary and maybe a tad outdated.

I always had a hard time finding the settings for the Online Communication when it was released.

You won't get any feedback on the complaint. Set your son's account to where he can only hear and talk to those people on his friend's list. You can set it up this way on your system settings on your xbox when your son is logged in. It helps a ton to
avoid things like this.

Filing a complaint via the console is the only way to report someone. The enforcement team do not take reports via the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

I used to play with the Riot Shield in a mediocre way and got a lot of verbal abuse so I turned off voice chat and kept on playing. Now, (often enough) I destroy the other team and lead scoreboard with my Riot Shield and people have resorted to sending
me scathing voice or text messages. I don't listen to them, but there should be a better way to report verbally abusive players, especially if they are sending messages to users that would rather just avoid the blather.
