Provinces don't show up on CC add page...

Brilliant web guys at microsoft... Pages don't load on mobile safari, can't add a CC to my account because under the State/Province option... THERE ARE NO PROVINCES!.

Doubt I will bother with renewing this account under Gold. Adding CC still crashes on the 360 (after four years), and this latest stupidity is just typical.

Not worth the hassle waiting for tech support.

Maybe hire some guys away from Apple to fix the broken stuff that is always broken.

Unable to purchase GamerTag change

Hi,

I'm attempting to purchase a change to my GamerTag.

Although I have Credit Cards attached to my account they don't show up in the credit card list.

I'm located in Canada.

When I attempt to add my card, I cannot select my province, only states are available to select. Even though it does say "state/province" on the form.

I've tried through Windows 10 App, and VIA web on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Please advise.

Ok I figured it out since Microsoft is on permanent holiday....scroll down this page and click Canada that will then set your page to the Canadian page and you will be able to put in the cc province.
