I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize that particular error code, but I do have a suggestion for how you can push the Microsoft update. It sounds like there's something interfering with your connection to the network if it's happening on multiple consoles.
If you follow the "I need help with System Updates on my Xbox One" solution, select "I need to update my xbox one offline".
Note you will need two things to push an update offline:

• A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
• A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

You can also use the Contact Us page and request a call back through the virtual assistant. This will get you ahold of Microsoft support agents you
can look into your particular issue better. Please note that the older forum was locked for "bumping", you can read about the

Power Cycle the Xbox One? I would recommend also trying to Factory reset the console by going through the Troubleshooting screen on the Xbox One. You can also try the

Offline System Update through the Troubleshooting screen as well.

I have called up my local MS XBOX support and updated them on this issue, was told this is a rare occurrence after they ran an initial check on the error code provided. They told me to give them two days to compile the information they have from other complainants
and they will try to work out a solution or provide me a replacement unit if necessary.

Alright. There are a couple of things to try

- First off, go to account.live.com . Sign in there and see if the site wants you to update your security proof information.

- If you don't get prompted to update your proofs then we head back to the Xbox.

- I have seen an issue where this code was caused when an initial setup failed. The user re-did the initial setup and cleared the error code up. Go to "Settings > System > Initial Setup" to re-run the process.

- We can look at other solutions if that doesn't work.
