Olá, estava indo jogar Red Dead Redemption 2 quando aparece uma notificação de atualização do modo online (2 gigas), daí tudo bem, até que 5 horas depois eu volto para poder jogar e aparentemente está instalando o jogo completo (94 gigas), como se eu tivesse
desinstalado, mas eu já tinha ele instalado, oque aconteceu?

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

If an update for a game is canceled or removed from the queue due to a failed installation or internet disconnection, then the whole game uninstalls to prevent corruption.

Unfortunately you will just have to wait for the game to re-install.

Fiz este procedimento, a instalação começou mas com menos de 10s resultou em um erro e o download não continua. Quando cancelei para tentar iniciar novamente o download, o erro de "ocorreu um erro de nossa parte tente novamente mais tarde" voltou a aparecer.

Obrigado pela atenção mais recente não resolveu, não fez o resete de fabrica no xbox one quando ele iniciou o procedimento de instalação depois que o pais já estava disponível quando você estava nos 3% e depois da esse erro.
