    Prototype 2 doesn't work on my Xbox 360


    On June 2, two days after I purchased Prototype 2, I finally decided to play it. But when I started to play, The Xbox said that it couldn't read the disc. So after an hour of reading forms and trying I finally gave up. This is the third problem I've had
    with an Xbox 360 that's kept me from playing a game.

    Why isn't many people buying the Prototype Biohazard bundle?

    Personally - I bought and played Prototype on my 360, and wouldn't mind getting Prototype 2 as well. But since it's only a bundle deal, I'm not gonna go and buy both games, when I know that I'll only play the second.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. Several steps to follow are:

    1. Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom surfaces. Using a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth, lightly wipe from the center of the disc outward. Note: Do
      not use solvents
    2. If the previous step did not work, turn off your console, remove any memory units or USB flash drives attached to the console, turn the console on and try to play the disc again
    3. Ensure the region code on your disc is from the same region (found on the packaging of the game).
    4. If the previous step was unsuccessful, replace your game disc

    If this is a recurring issue on the same console, consider getting your console serviced here: Create Xbox Console or Kinect Service Order | Xbox Repair
