protesting language conditions

Im here for myself and the hundreds nah THOUSANDS of accounts Microsoft bans daily for language...profanity is a way of life especially is your military or raised by them. i don't
believe its fair us hard working adults should be banned for language just because a liberal or a teenager gets mad at us...i was comm banned for calling someone a
[Mod Removed - Profanity] do to the fact that he was clearly using a modded account on grand theft auto and was harassing me and my friends through the game chat using much worse language and was using racial slurs and names as well because
its so easy to bypass Rockstars so called chat filter...games have ratings for a reason and yet nobody cares nowadays...how is it the players fault for being banned when the NPCs in the games we play on YOUR console cusses more then we do and we do report
the false,modding,fake,trolling accounts...i report people all the time for modded accounts on 360 and the one and yet nothing happens to them...and yet all that gets banned are the legitament players who called someone a name because we are tired of them
cheating and yet you guys do absolutely nothing to them and everything to us...i have pictures of the account that got me comm banned simply because i blocked him so i didn't have to deal with HIS harassment anymore yet me and my friends reported and he still
walks free...IN A MODDED ACCOUNT. so how is this fair? i am banned a WEEK for someone else deciding that since i blocked them and they couldnt harass me anymore that they would report me for language and they wont reply so they aren't caught...you guys don't
check the accounts or the games on them...all you care is the chat between them.which hurts the legit players and not the accounts that need to be punished and it is very unfair and im not surprised so many of your customers leave and sell their gear because
off Microsofts unfair policies...i would post the pictures is i could to prove this however i cannot. i believe microsoft needs to either step up their fairness or change their rules or treat the one like they do the 360...and do nothing
