    Please help! I must unpurchase this game!

    Although it depends entirely on which country you live in and the laws governing said purchases. In some countries MS does need to give refunds if there is an issue with the digital content, because government laws protecting the consumer trump MS's corporate
    laws protecting their profit margin.

    My child spent some MS Points...

    i would suggest password protecting your account. it's a small inconvenience, but it will keep anyone from making accidental purchases on your account

    Easy put a passcode on your profile and make a guest profile or a child controled account for your children

    The 360 is not a Fisher Price wind-up toy. The Live service is not daycare. Remove their access to the console and to Live until you sit down and go through all the Parental Control options and set them up with CHILD accounts.
