Proposing the Simple Idea of a Permanent Communications Ban for "Inappropriate Behavior"

I don't know where they're getting this from. I can not access any of my games, even while offline.

Just another FYI... Any game you have downloaded already can still be played offline (obviously not multiplayer only games). The problem is, after your account is banned, you lose the right to re-download them.

I thought when you were banned that you lost the ability to play even your offline games. If that's not the case then it's a little more understandable.

In reality it's straight theft. It's like the Dez Bryant catch. Yes, the rules say he didn't catch it. and yes, the rules say my games weren't stolen. but in reality, Dez caught it, and in reality, $4000 dollars worth of digital content was stolen from me
for being "offensive".

I'll never understand how MS can get away with taking all of someone's digital purchases if they're banned. Yea, I know it's in the terms and conditions bla bla bla. Still though, playing an offline digital game has nothing to do with communicating on Xbox
Live. Its one thing to ban someone from live but quite another to steal everything they've purchased along the way.

I do not believe the rules need change, my belief is that a more fair punishment could be assessed, like a Permanent Communications Ban.
