Proposal: Game Pass Loyalty Model – Flexible Subscriptions with Persistent Rewards

Introduction

Current subscription models in gaming (such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus) offer players access to a large library but do not provide lasting ownership. For many gamers, this is a significant psychological barrier, especially with rising monthly costs.

To improve this perception and simultaneously strengthen customer loyalty, I propose a loyalty model in which subscribers can choose permanent games with longer membership periods.

Objective of the Model

Structure of the Loyalty Model
