Propblems on updating my privacy settings

I can't click the sign in button, even when i somehow managed to sign in, I click on the settings button on the profile, it just brings me to the support page to change your child's xbox privacy settings.

I click on xbox setting link, it brings me back to the same page linked above

This website is so garbage, I expected better from a multi million dollar company and not a garbage website that you can't even sign in to

I want to change the parental control settings, but i can't because I can't even access the settings page, this account was created a long time ago without me changing any settings, but somehow, it has parental control when I play Minecraft.

P.S. I tried on both my windows 10 PC and android phone but has the same issues, I have also rebooted my PC

I only use my xbox account for Minecraft windowa 10 edition, so i dont have the xbox console.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are trying to change your privacy settings. When it redirects you to change child settings, this means you are on a child account. You need to change the

settings using a parent account on either the console or a Windows 10 PC.

Well IT did now updated Via usb this time, But now when ever i log in, it says " A system update is required to sign in to xbox live, but the update is currently unavailable. if the propblem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support

i found out that the prop is my harddrive but i dont know the propblem. I also found that it gives a click sound when it freezes.
