Активных подписок нет.в журнале покупок списаний ни каких нет.неделю назад деньги были и просто исчезли под ноль.12к исчезло а вчера вернулось 170р.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Sorry to hear that you're having a purchasing issue in your account. I'm assuming that this is an attempted purchase for a 360 game title, is that correct? Due to changing business practices in your region, Microsoft/Xbox
has begun pricing products in US dollars and subsequently has converted any account balances in Rubles to US dollars.
The only section that will be different (for now) is the 360 Marketplace (a different, older area separate from the Microsoft Store) which will remain in Rubles while we effect the changes to that area over the next couple of weeks. If possible and you
don't wish to wait to purchase the digital copy, you can always purchase the physical disc version of the game or games if available from a local retailer in your area.

В первую очередь, срочно менять пароль. Во-вторых обратиться в банк с информацией, что данные карты были скомпрометированы для блокировки, узнать кто и как списал и откуда в личномл кабинетек банка, если есть или в самом банке.

Деньги вернулись через день.их перевели в $ но возникла другая проблема.на счету отображаются как $ а на приставке в рублях и ни чего не купить.

Settings> Account> Payment & Billing> Order History. Online, you can go to your account and check out
Payment & Billing.

If you do find something you didn't want, I would suggest you go ahead and
Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund.

If you don't see anything, then it would be best for you to contact
customer support directly.
