    My son got suspended in some features on xbox one and I want to know what he did to correct him appropriately. I also need proof of what he did becuse he is saying he didn't do anything at all and that some kids are reporting him to cause him problems.

    I saw what is saying in my account regarding the suspension but I need to know exactly what he did , with some proof.

    There, is saying that we have no right of this suspension being reviewed.

    Some not very nice kids from his school have been reporting my son repeatedly and I really need to know what is happening to correct him or even speak with the othere parents to correct their kids, in the case my sun is being treated unfairly.

    As a mother and paying customer, I have the right to see the proof of what happened ? How xbox verified my son did something wrong? They need to have any kind of proof, like a recoerded message, a copied conversation, etc.

    I thank you in advance for any kind of help regarding this situation.

    This is really unfair. I hope x box have a way to proof they are not treating kids unfairly because of fraudulent reports from other kids. X box live is not a free service and as a faithful paying customer, I have the right to know exactly why I am not
    having access to a feature of a service I paid for.
