    Hello,

    I purchased a new x box one game for my son from Best Buy about a month ago. Along with it there was a promotion card to get a free game with a promotion code. My son accidentally scratched the card too hard that it ripped the first four letters of the code
    so I couldn't use the code to get the game downloaded for him what he wanted which was Forza6. I had been talking and exchanging emails to some one in customer service named Ozzy, he tried to get me a code but unfortunately he couldn't that is when he suggested
    to submit a post for an ambassador to look at so I could get a replacement code and utilize this promotion. I have submitted all the documentations i.e pictures of proof of purchase and the damaged promotion card, if there is a way that I could submit to you
    as well, please do let me know. Please help me as I have trying to get the replacement code for about a month now.

    I agree with AAH Myto, its most likely a promtional code that wont expire. But the card iself does indeed have an expiry date. Most prepaid cards have a 6 month expiry date.
