Promotions only for specific people?

I noticed today that my wifes xbox account is eligible for a promotion that says spend $45 between Feb 18-mar 3 and i could not find that anywhere on my account in the games tab. I have spent over that amount and i am the main account on the XB1. She is
just one of the sub accounts. Seeing as i do not see it does that mean i am not eligible?

Not getting my Xbox rewards points for getting achievements!

The only time we are rewarded with credits for earning achievements is if they are part of a specific promotion and normally require the achievements to be earned from games purchased during the specific promotion.

We are not rewarded for earning just any achievements from any game as of September 2014.

Hey Joe,

I could be wrong on this. This could be apart of the Bing Search Promotion deals. If she is using an associated Bing account to search things on the net, than she is gaining Points and Promotions could often be offered for those who constantly using it.
Anyone with a Microsoft Live account can be apart of it, even I from time to time. Next time you see her probably ask if she uses Bing a lot on the computer? That could be the reason.

This is because the promotion is only available in specific regions. It's not available in Brazil.
