promotions on games but no

Resident evil 4 is normally at -50% in xbox one but xhen i want buy it the price ise 19.99euro and i think it's the full price

So what' the problem the promotion is over or .... ?

I was unable to download Dirt Showdown during the Free Games with Gold Period of 01/01-01/15/2016

Sorry, but once the games are no longer part of a promotion, it is not possible to get them at that promotional price unless they go on the promotion again. Forum support has no way of changing it either.

 

Resident Evil 6

I just saw one of you weekly promotions for this game yesterday & I've been told I can no longer purchase this game for 6.59 because the promotion week is over, but all last week I didn't see it on my console! I didn't hear of the promotion until late last
night!
