Promotions, Need help.

So at the beginning of the month there was the sega vintage collection streets of rage free with gold. My renewal was set for the 22nd, all of my information was up to date, and I've been a subscriber for nine years. this has never happened before. For some
reason my x-box 1 kept telling me "Sorry we cannot complete this transaction right now. try again later." so I waited for a day or two and tried again. Same result. then I tried on the x-box 360 then I got a strange error code saying that my info needed to
be updated. so I called support. they said everything looked fine just wait a few days and try again. so I waited and tried again on x-box one, x-box 360, and online on the computer. still no change. I called again and spoke to an angry man who didn't understand
anything I said. I told him I have already cleared cashes restarted the console updated all of my information tried on all available platforms. he still insisted, angrily, that this needs to be done to get it to work. could you just do it. so I did. I went
room to room to room in my house as he asked. normally this would be no big deal, but I'm not as able to do these things as freely as I should, lets say. doing all these things caused a considerable amount off pain. he was oblivious to anything I said. he
stuck to the script like an indignant child. still didn't work. I have made a few purchases during this time. I bought a movie for my wife on mothers day, an anime for my son and I, ect. the third or fourth person I spoke to about this matter said something
about an escalation that he could do, I asked him to start one for me so I don't miss the game, I even said please. Still nothing. on the 15 I tried the only other thing I could think of. I called in to renew my subscription early to see if it had anything
to do with the renewal set for the 22nd. that didn't work either. I called in after the last day to see if anything could be don. since the ending of the promotion I have spoken to many very nice, polite and knowledgeable people who deserve praise, I'm horrible
at remembering names, and forgot to write them down unfortunately. I finally got an escalation going and still waiting for the outcome. now its almost june. Still waiting. I don't know what else to do. I did everything I was supposed to and everything I was
asked and still nothing. any advice or people to speak to, or anything that can be done? Any help would be appreciated.

That was part of last week's Deals with Gold which ended. Deals with Gold change every Tuesday so unfortunately there would be no way to get the sale price again unless it goes on sale again.

I was looking for a deal on Astroneer for sale for $14.99 but wouldn’t allow the purchase and when it finally tried it said it cost $19.99. Any help or link would be great. Thanks
