so I let my gold run out for about 2 months and a promo came up on my dashboard saying that if I redeemed to gold for a year I would get a $15 redeemable code sent to me within 3 weeks of renewal well I just got it to find out they only sent me a $5 redeemable
code on july 2 so I called support they said they couldn't help to post here because it might have been a individualized promo just for me I renewed about mid june.

Hi, xbox one chat support sent me here.

i bought fallout 4 and it came with a code for fallout 3. i redeemed the code online on 25th december and it showed as succesful. However, the game has yet to appear in my ready to install section on xbox one.

It sounds like you may have redeemed the code on a different account, have you had a chance to sign in with other accounts on your console to see if it shows there? Unfortunately we don't have any replacement codes to offer but we're happy to help get to
the bottom of this.
