    Good morning.I have tried for more than three hours to carry out the renewal of an xbox live promotion account.For more than three hours the system has not let me perform it.According to the error code this said that was a problem of yours.Now the offer
    expierd and the cost of renewal has inceased exponentially.This situation is a grievance for my interests aas a consumer.I hoope/look to a solution to this problem.Greetings.

    I haven't seen any of those coupon offers that you mentioned, however I do see coupons advertised on the Xbox Live dashboard all the time for a certain percentage off when you renew your membership. I think the best offer I've seen yet is for half off, if you renewed your membership that day.

    Incorrect charge when purchasing xbox live

    Last week I purchased an Xbox Live 12-month renewal for 39. 99 but was charged 59.99. I called customer support who said to post in the forums to get this resolved. I have a photo of the promotional offer, if this helps. Thanks.

    The promotion was on the Xbox One dashboard. The offer was that if you renewed your Xbox Live membership, tou would recieve a message with 1 month EA Access. Thanks :)

    Hey there Carton! There isn't a way to just turn auto-renewal back on. What you'd need to do is purchase another LIVE offer or promotion on the Dashboard and it will enable auto-renewal again. I hope this helps!

    For the renewal, the renewal offer is 200 points through the Rewards program, not 800. Was this from a dashboard promotion?

    The 5% back offer on purchases was only available in February, not March.
