    Promotional period


    Good evening, I would like to make a complaint about the promotion of labor day, in relation to the FIFA17 game that initially was real and had 66 end forecast promo for the day may 2017 01, which was terminated before the date laid down, making the purchase
    of the product. Being the promotion ended before the scheduled date would like it to be reviewed the case in question so that the product can be purchased at sale price, since the deadline was not met.

    The Reward Program only rewards purchases made during promotional periods. So if you pre-ordered last month then that would have been before the current promotional period and therefore would not qualify for this promotion.

    will already pre-ordered games count for the games on demand reward?

    It will not. Promotions only count purchases made during the promotional period.

    Without seeing the full T&C's for the promotion my guess is that you can subscribe for the promotional period but cancel ahead of the end of that period and it won't renew once that period has expired.

    There is no information yet on when the promotion will end. Usually, there is a days left period that will show up if the promotion is about to end.
