Xbox Live Gold Card 1 year sign up / $15 promotional xbox gift card issue

Hello,

I signed up for xbox live gold for 1 year on 6/20/15 because it indicated that I would receive a $15 promotional xbox gift card.

I received a message today from XBOX LIVE today welcoming me to xbox live gold with a promotional code.

But the problem is that I only got a $5 promotional gift card instead of the $15 promotional gift card that I suppose to receive...

When I clicked xbox live gold when I was about to sign up, it indicated like this shown below.

1 year subscription - $15 promotional gift card

3 months subscription - $10 promotional gift card

1 month subscription - $5 promotional gift card

Please look into this and get back to me... I won't redeem the $5 promotional code that I received today until I hear back from you guys...

Did not receive promotional GTA Online Money with 3 month Xbox Live Subscription

I started a chat with Xbox Live support and they pointed me here. I need help getting the promotional $500,000 GTA Online money I signed up for from an offer I saw on my Xbox dashboard. The offer was made on this account I am posting from on July 13th, 2017
and in the terms of the offer it said I was to receive the promotional money via a notification in the notification center on my Xbox One before July 31st. I have yet to receive this notification. The entire promotion was 500k of GTA Online Money with a 3
purchase of a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live for $14.99. Thanks!

Please don't post personal information on the forums. Ads are shown at random and they reset each time you turn on the console. There is no way to force the promotion to come back, even through support.

Could you post back when you signed up for this deal, along with a screenshot of the promotional page and the terms and conditions? Those images can be uploaded directly to this thread!

Keep in mind that this discount should be applied for the month following the initial purchase, and will take a full billing cycle for the 50% price to kick in.

Once we have images for the promotion you signed up for we'll be able to narrow this down!

There was a 3 month offer that started in a June update. I'm trying to find any information on when it may have expired though. I know I signed up for it in July and got the free 3 months. I think the only other reason you may not have gotten it, is if you
had ever been signed up previously for Hulu Plus.

I am on the 2 for 2 promotional offer. Great offer. If you cant sign up for it, tough luck, you will just have to wait. I think microsoft has this every few months or so.
