    Hey there, Subterfuge. We apologize for any frustrations this may have caused. All of the games you have listed have previously been titles for Games with Gold, and we have no information on a promotion with going Gold and getting 4 free games. The only
    promotion that is happening right now with going Gold is getting a year of EA Access after staying Gold until this September (which is targeted at specific accounts, not everyone).

    If you would like to submit a fraud claim, you will need to reach out to our
    Legal Department    .

    The promotion to receive the codes for the other games ended at the end of 2016. You may be able to find disc versions of the game that still have the codes, but it is no longer possible to receive the codes if you purchased the game digitally.

    I purchased mine on November 9 and entered the code through the dashboard promotional page and still haven't received the game code
