    Hello there xbox support,

    I forgot to redeem some of the promotional codes I've been sent as a message via xbox live and they've now disappeared. Could you make them reappear for me again please? (forza warthog etc.)

    Halo warthog for Forza Horizon 3

    Hi -- I recently got Forza Horizon 3 and noticed that I don't have access to the Halo warthog, despite receiving a code some months ago in a message from Xbox Live (that is no longer visible in my messages). I've contacted customer support, who confirmed
    the code was not redeemed to my account, and they have directed me to reach out to the promotional team here to have the message with the code re-sent. Thank you for your help.
