    I want to know why the promotional credit hasnt went into my account yet i have been waiting since april 3rd for it to and still nothing i have been through 4 people in customer service but none have helped they gave me links and that was it i want
    to know what happened why i havent got the credit in my account yet

    2nd post missing 50,000 rewards

    i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

    Look up my account and provide my credit!

    Hey there, FirstBIG BOY! I'm very sorry to see any issues with receiving promotional credit. There are several things we could be giving this credit out for. To find out what you should be getting, can you please post back with what promotion you are asking
    about? Once we have this, we can figure out where it is and who you will need to speak with. Promotional credit not in account :)

    That particular promotional credit was sent out at the end of February, and should be visible on
    commerce.microsoft.com. You should see a credit around the end of February there in your transaction history for this promotion. The message you received was simply a reminder that you have that credit on your account..

    If you do not see that credit on our commerce site, please

    HELP! My adult account randomly went to child?

    The only place to promote your account to an adult account is through the dashboard. Setting your family settings to adult does not promote an account to an adult account..

    Under your account settings, you'll need to select the option to promote the account. If you currently have a credit card attached to the account, you'll need to enter credit card information during the promotion process. You can enter the same credit
    card that's attached to your account, however all the details must match exactly what is on file.
