Promotional codes missing

Hello,

I received two promo codes about two to three months ago and have noticed that they are now missing from my messages and I never had the chance to redeem them.

The 1st one is for max: curse of the brotherhood.

The 2nd was for a $5 or $10 gift card for Xbox live.

Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email recieved.

$5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

Thanks, Jester! We're unable to find you for any CSV promotions that happened around that time frame, and it appears that this account didn't receive Max: Curse of the Brotherhood back in February. Could there have been another account that you received
these on? If so, please post back on that account so that we can look into it further.

 

You can check Meris413 account also. Those two codes may have been sent before February as well.
