Was directed to Microsoft Xbox support via Ea chat support to resolve an issue of not receiving or losing my free one month EA Access code from the pre order purchase of Fifa 17 during the pre order period. I just now realized I lost the code as my original
EA Access subscription recently ran out. An Estella U. via Microsoft support directed me to post here and that my issue would be resolved here. I was told to use this reference number as well - [MOD Removed]

Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email recieved.

$5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

Phishers can get info just by calling and using the number and when the agent ask if blah blah etc guess how much info you just gave away

No. That promotion is for new subscribers, so if you use the code first, you won't be eligible for the promotion price.

The 2 month codes are typically from the Discord Nitro promotion as well and will also only work for new subscribers.
