i receive a promotional code of 90MXN from from purchasing the game from the ultimate game sale but i can not redeem it.

the code i got is an offer provided for players that purchase the sale on xbox live.

can you help me. a person in Xbox live Suport talked me that you can help me and replace the code

$5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

Most codes are region specific specially those which are for currency. You may want to check the region of your account as well as where you are currently located. Everything should match the region so you'll be able to redeem your code.

As KristianGrey advised, these codes are often tied to specific regions. Could you clarify which region you are physically located in? When promotional codes such as this one are sent out, the Xbox Live message very often includes an expiration date as well
as the code itself. Please double check your Xbox Live messages for that date.
